LANDinfoNET are legal agents and consultants who specialise in providing a one-stop-shop of land and property information and services to the legal, real estate, finance and accounting sectors. Whilst their customers could already lodge requests for title searches, boundary maps, companies information or personal property securities register (PPSR) reports on the LANDinfoNET website, the requests were delivered by email and then handled manually by the LANDinfoNET team.
Endev solution:
Endev were able to aggregate data from multiple different sources, integrating them with both real-time access to the Personal Property Securities Register and LANDinfoNET's SAP accounting software, to give an unparalleled and fully web-enabled service. Customers now have a fully automated Personal Property Securities Register service, which gives them the results they want straight away. By completing just one search request and selecting multiple options, users can get all the information they need, from multiple sources, presented in one report. They can access their previous searches and rerun them for updated information or with changes.
Customers can also manage their own accounts; viewing invoices online or updating their own contact information. They can also use the service to deliver information direct to third parties, such as debtors or secured parties, on their behalf. What's more, the online forms look similar to common desktop software so they are both familiar and easy to use.
